Do not create, request, describe, depict, sexualize, or mint minors or age-ambiguous characters. Do not attempt to bypass age controls. Character creators must use fictional adults aged 21 or older.
2. Consent and identity
Do not impersonate, deceive, harass, defame, or clone a real person. Do not submit a real person's face, voice, likeness, personal data, or identity without lawful authority and explicit documented consent. Public figures are not exempt.
3. Harm and exploitation
Do not use the service for sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, coercion, threats, self-harm encouragement, violent wrongdoing, abuse, stalking, doxxing, malware, fraud, credential theft, or evasion of safeguards.
4. Financial and blockchain abuse
Do not manipulate users with investment promises, fake returns, wash trading, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, deceptive token claims, or misleading wallet requests. Never ask another user for a seed phrase or private key.
5. Public content and enforcement
Do not mint illegal, infringing, confidential, or personally identifying content. The operator may block requests, remove hosted material, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and report conduct where reasonably required for safety or law. Public blockchain records may remain outside the operator's control.
6. Reporting
Report safety, consent, security, or intellectual-property concerns to the configured operator contact. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information in a report.
