LEGAL / TERMS

Terms of Service

1. The service

MUSEFORGE lets users configure original fictional adult characters, authenticate with an EVM wallet, interact with an AI model, request synthetic speech, manage usage credits, and optionally mint a public on-chain identity. Features may vary by deployment and region.

2. AI disclosure

Every Muse is artificial software, not a human, conscious being, licensed professional, or guaranteed source of truth. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-risk decisions.

3. Wallets and blockchain

You control your wallet, credentials, transactions, gas, and blockchain activity. Never share a private key or seed phrase. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, network fees may change, and the operator cannot reverse third-party wallet or network actions.

4. Credits and payments

Usage credits are service units, not equity, deposits, securities, or promises of profit. Any supported token, treasury, conversion rate, refund rule, and price must be displayed by the live deployment before payment. Unless required by law or explicitly stated at purchase, consumed credits and confirmed on-chain transfers are non-refundable.

5. Your content and identity

You retain rights you lawfully hold in prompts and character choices. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and deliver the service. You must have permission for anything you submit and may not clone or impersonate a real person's face, voice, likeness, or identity without documented authorization.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to outages, provider limits, blockchain conditions, and ongoing changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, asset value, or fitness for high-risk use. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

7. Suspension, termination, and disputes

The operator may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve service integrity. You may stop using the service and clear local data at any time. Disputes are governed by the law listed above, subject to mandatory local rights and any additional process published by the operator.
