1. Data kept on your device
Your character settings, private conversation history, and memory capsules are stored in your browser by default. They can be removed with the in-product clear-memory control or by clearing this site's browser storage. A wallet session token is kept in session storage and expires.
2. Data processed by the service
The server processes your public wallet address, one-time sign-in challenges, signed-session data, credit balance, anti-replay transaction records, request timing, and the text required to answer your chat. It does not need your wallet private key or seed phrase and will never ask you to submit them.
3. AI, safety, and speech providers
Character settings and messages sent to a Muse may be transmitted to the operator-configured moderation service before the AI provider produces a reply. When Muse Voice is enabled, assistant replies and the chosen language or voice are transmitted to the configured speech provider. Provider retention and regional processing depend on the operator's contracted services.
4. Public blockchain data
Wallet addresses, transactions, ownership, public token metadata, and Soulprint fingerprints written to Robinhood Chain are public and may be permanent. Private conversations and local memory are not intentionally written on-chain. Do not mint personal or confidential information.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to authenticate wallets, provide and secure the service, answer chats, synthesize requested speech, account for credits, prevent fraud and replay, maintain reliability, and meet legal obligations. The applicable legal basis depends on your region and may include contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, and legal compliance.
6. Retention, security, and your choices
Browser data remains until you clear it. Server account and transaction records are retained only as required for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes under the operator's retention schedule. You may contact the operator to request access, correction, export, or deletion where local law provides those rights. Blockchain records cannot generally be erased by the operator.
7. Age and changes
MUSEFORGE is for adults aged 18 or older, and the character creator requires adult fictional characters aged 21 or older. This notice may change as the service, providers, or law changes; material updates should be announced through the service.
